Mr. Robins McIntosh, of CP Foods, forecasts that the world’s shrimp production in 2020 will reach about 3.17 million tons, down 16% compared to his forecast in 2019. Therefore, while Vietnam’s shrimp exports to the EU decreased in the period from March to June, there was a slight growth in July and recorded a growth of 15.7% in August, reaching 58 ,8 million USD.
