And for that reason, in 2019 Sunjin officially launched the “Read Management” program. To date, the program has just turned 3 years old, and has developed into one of the culture of the great Sunjin family. Although with the development of IT, the reading movement in the community tends to go down. But at Sunjin, even if the society is more and more developed, people can search and exploit information and knowledge in electronic libraries or through the internet, books still cannot lose their traditional values for long. its inherent life, attached to humans for thousands of years of history. And until today, books are still the most precious source of life without any spiritual food that can be compared.

Realizing the importance of spreading value from books, Sunjin does not stop with reading but also organizes a lot of “Book Sharing Days” and sharing sessions about good books in programs and conferences. conferences, meetings … of units, departments. Besides, the reading festival also aims to honor the value of books, affirming the role, position and importance of books in the lives of Sunjin employees.

And more especially, during the current Covid – 19 epidemic with the trend of families and people working “online”, organizing a “Book Sharing Day” by online means is really effective. The results are both profoundly meaningful, while maintaining and developing good habits during the epidemic season and at the same time showing that we are increasingly integrating into the world.

There is a very good saying of an anonymous person who once said, “Books are like magical express trains that take you to a world you have never been to before, helping you to know about it, understand it without any hesitation. It takes a lot of time, money and effort. Reading is the fastest way to explore the world without lifting your feet.” Because books are treasures, human knowledge is an invaluable asset, so over the years, Sunjin people have built a small “Library” with more than 100 titles on leadership skills, sales skills, Soft skills, marketing knowledge…. at the factory, allowing employees to read books during their breaks, or borrow them to read in their spare time.

Hopefully, with the enthusiasm of Sunjin people, the “Reading” and “Book Sharing Day” programs will grow and spread more and more in the Sunjin community in particular and the society in general.
