For this reason, the Board of Directors of SUNJIN company organized the program “Sunjin Dream Camp” for the new members of the family. The main content of the training session included a brief introduction about the company, communication skills – feedback, and the representative of the new employee shared about the journey of integration and enthusiasm from the moment he joined Sunjin until now.

In a team work environment, every individual understands and believes that thinking, planning, decision and action will be done better when all cooperate.
